I honestly cannot recommend the Kentera Team enough--they have become family to our family! My 3 young girls just ADORE Kim, Alex and Bailey. These aren't just realtors--they are friends. They have guided us every step of the way through a VERY trying home-buying/selling process (the challenges were all external and had nothing to do with us or the realtors!). They met every challenge that came up with perseverance, grace, expertise and true care for our family. There is no way we could've gone through this process without them. Their marketing on our home was second-to-none (even breaking all sorts of records on showings and on Zillow), and they were there for us at every setback--even at odd hours-- encouraging us, restrategizing, whatever needed to be done. Home-buying and selling is a challenging time with very real and personal implications for families, so you want to work with someone who truly cares about you and will fight for you no matter what. I assure you, you can't go wrong with the Kentera Team! They are incredible. They have won SO many awards for a reason--they deserve every single one! If you want a realtor who fights for you, cares about you, and brings an amazing amount of expertise and grace, look no further!

Kim, Alex, and Bailey are amazing! They were friendly, communicative, and some of the hardest workers I've seen. Their presentation / marketing of our house was simply unbelievable! They were seemingly always available for whatever we needed, and collectively, they had the experience and competence to handle a lot (and I mean, a lot) of questions and curveballs. If the prospect of selling or buying a home scares you or stresses you out even a little, do yourself a favor and call the Kentera Team and watch all your worries disappear!

Kim Kentera, Alex Whitworth, and Bailey Coulahan, I call them the “A Team”! They are very professional, organized and a total joy to spend several hours with especially when it comes to searching for one of the most important parts of your life.

It has been an absolute delight working with Kim Kentera and her daughters, Alex and Bailey. This is the second home we have purchased with their help, which by itself speaks to the level of trust we have developed in Kim and her team. We spent nearly two years searching for our second home, with very specific requirements—particularly a property with acreage. During that time, we looked at probably 20 or more properties. Kim, Alex, and Bailey were extraordinarily patient. They understood exactly what we were looking for and never pressured us to settle for something that wasn’t right. They also kept a close eye on the market and frequently alerted us to properties before or just as they were becoming available.Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Kim and Alex were consistently prompt for appointments—I honestly cannot remember them ever being late—and they were always responsive when something needed attention. Kim is also an exceptionally effective negotiator. She is strategic, diplomatic, and firm when necessary. More importantly, she has an ability to filter emotion out of a negotiation and deal with problems objectively. That is invaluable in a major real estate transaction, particularly when unexpected issues arise. Kim clearly leads by example, and Alex and Bailey share the same philosophy of professionalism, diligence, and integrity. Over two transactions and several years of working together, they have earned our complete trust. I expect that at some point I will be looking for another property, potentially even on the commercial side. Although commercial real estate is not Kim’s primary area, I would still seek her guidance without hesitation because her judgment, knowledge, and attention to detail extend well beyond simply finding and showing houses.

The Kentera team was such a pleasure to work with. They helped my wife and I navigate every step of the process and were so supportive through to the closing.
