She even let us "see" the house after our offer was accepted so we could measure for curtains. We will never use anyone else

Kim's confidence and non-assuming, pleasant personality impressed me from the start. I met her when I was looking at a property that I could tell right away I didn't want, but nonetheless I asked Kim to represent me in my search for a condominium. She got me into places promptly, and when I decided which downtown building I wanted to buy a unit in, she got me in to see several units.
