Kim Forsythe

Whew, from listing, publicizing, the offer/negotiation, some tough times with inspection remedies, and finally moving out of our home...Kim was with us every step of the way. She brought experience, expertise, and helpfulness at every turn. We sold/purchased homes previously with Kim for a local move in 2015, and knew she was up to helping us again in 2022 as we moved across the country. She put together spectacular materials to advertise the listing, though we hardly needed them as we got an offer after one showing. (Thanks to following her spot-on advice about decluttering and staging!) The offer was easy to negotiate, but then we faced some challenges when even minor inspection issues became a big problem for our buyers. We got through it, again with Kim helping to steer and guide us in productive directions. (We were more emotional and irritated, she kept us level and kept the sale going forward.) At the last minute, we faced a big challenge over a miscommunication with our moving company. Kim stepped in again in a big way, and supervised the loading of our household goods onto the moving truck. I felt that she went above and beyond, we were so grateful for this help to our family as on such short notice we had no one else who could assist us. From start to finish we were thrilled to work with Kim. She keeps in contact and is a great communicator. The helped a lot when were on pins and needles. While we are leaving the area, people like her give us fond memories of our time in IA. I'm sure anyone will have a great experience working with her on buying or selling your next home!

Kim is an outstanding realtor. She recently helped us buy our first home, and as first-time homeowners in such a competitive market, we would have been completely lost without her. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner, she was professional and supportive of our interests throughout the entire process, and she made what could have been an extremely stressful process as smooth as possible. We bought our first home with Kim and as we had tried a couple other realtors nobody answered our questions and made us feel reassured like Kim did. She helped answer A LOT of questions we had because as first timers we definitely had a lot. She was referred to us by several people and we are just so happy it worked out with her, she helped us so much along the way of what we were looking for and so friendly with our dog Niko as well. Thank you Kim for making it such a less stressful process and helping us so thoroughly. She is very prompt, professional and so kind. If your considering buying or selling a home, 10/10 would recommend going with Kim! She doesn't make you feel like you're being pressured into anything and made sure we loved the area as well as were financially able to do it. She checks all the bases to being someone who knows what they're doing and also caring about her job and the house you buy being a good fit. She is very honest and open with her answers.
