Whew, from listing, publicizing, the offer/negotiation, some tough times with inspection remedies, and finally moving out of our home...Kim was with us every step of the way. She brought experience, expertise, and helpfulness at every turn. We sold/purchased homes previously with Kim for a local move in 2015, and knew she was up to helping us again in 2022 as we moved across the country. She put together spectacular materials to advertise the listing, though we hardly needed them as we got an offer after one showing. The offer was easy to negotiate, but then we faced some challenges when even minor inspection issues became a big problem for our buyers. At the last minute, we faced a big challenge over a miscommunication with our moving company. Kim stepped in again in a big way, and supervised the loading of our household goods onto the moving truck. I felt that she went above and beyond, we were so grateful for this help to our family as on such short notice we had no one else who could assist us. From start to finish we were thrilled to work with Kim. She keeps in contact and is a great communicator. The helped a lot when were on pins and needles.
