Kim Bowden was exactly what I needed. She helped me sell a property which hindered me from buying another property. She spent much time in selling the house. It was a short sale, so of it took awhile to sell it. She never said she couldn't do it. Once that was done I was clear to buy another property in a year and a half. Kim was. More than happy to assist me in purchasing a house. I found a house the first day. However, my loan broker was saying they thought I might not be able to get the loan. We were getting close to the contract expire. Kim said she knew someone. Fairway, the broker completed the loan in about a week. My family couldn't be any happier.
Kim was great! I'm pretty busy and I work weird hours so that makes me difficult to get in touch with and even harder to get a response back from because I can't respond during normal hours. That didn't stop Kim! She worked really hard for me and handled any hiccups that came along. I have no other property to sell but if I ever want to buy a vacation home I'll be asking Kim to find me a great one. Loved her!
