Kim is the absolute BEST! During the entire process of selling my father's condo in Ocean City after his passing, she was always in touch with me. She went above and beyond. She arranged to have the condo furniture removed and even made sure that some deserving folks received furniture and other items from the house. It made me so happy to know that my father's items weren't thrown into a landfill! Kim also arranged to have the floors updated, the entire place painted and the bathrooms to be updated as well. She took care of EVERYTHING! I live in Northern Virginia, so getting to Ocean City, MD was nearly impossible. She was my eyes and ears. She and I chatted on video so she could show me things at the property, etc. She even boxed up and shipped a few mementos that I wanted to keep. On top of all of this, she got us an outstanding price for the property. My mother sold real estate and I did to (years ago) and Kim is, hands-down, one of the best agents I have ever worked with.

Kim was wonderful. It was a crazy market and we had limited time to purchase. We were also dealing with limited time to look at homes because our state would only let us stay in DE for 24 hours because of Covid. So we had to see as many as possible and do the rest by text, email, etc. Kim suggested the escalation clause and that is the reason we were successful in getting the property we purchased. Kim really cares about her clients and knows her stuff. Thank you Kim for everything!
