Kevin Wilson is, quite simply, a fantastic realtor and human being. He helped us buy our first house in the very tight Oakland housing market 5 years ago, and his knowledge of the construction of old houses was invaluable as we navigated the great bidding wars of that tight seller's market. His ability to build relationships with other realtors was such an asset, as well. He helped us sell that same house for a massive profit just a few weeks ago, right as the Bay Area went into shelter-in-place-what a remarkable feat! Few realtors would been able to guide us through either of those complexities, certainly not with the life-changing successes that Kevin made possible for us. In the 5 years between the purchase and sale of our house, Kevin also helped us frequently, giving advice about the foundation issues we needed to address, recommending skilled trades people to hire at reasonable prices, and really listening to our complex needs as we thought about whether we should sell. To prepare our house for sale required a ton of restoration and refinishing- Kevin worked alongside us tirelessly and with constant positivity. He is extremely knowledgable, honest, generous, humble guy who goes far over and above for his clients. My husband and I trust Kevin Wilson completely and have come to think of him as a true friend.
