This was the house where our kids grew up. When I've temporarily moved overseas for work, I wanted to rent the property and needed someone to help manage it. Kevin and Bernie took great care of our house, always getting top renters. Trouble free experience for us. As it often happens, the "temporarily" stretched into many years and we've finally decided to sell it. Kevin and Bernie were, again, on top of it and helped us get fair value for our home.
