Kevin went to great lengths to put us in our current house. Our last home purchase was 38 yrs ago, so we needed a lot of guidance. We had a choice of more than 100 realtors and we chose Kevin. Consequently, he sold our Longmont house in 5 days for more than asking price. Bottom line: we are living in a great house and are no longer in possession of our previous residence. Kevin is a great realtor.
