I met Kevin while he was listing my daughter's and son-in-law's house to sell. He was so thorough ad personable that I asked him to assist me in purchasing my home. He is familiar with builders, communities within miles and their HOA fees and regulations, and loan companies. He knows what to point out and what to think of in selling or buying and is always available to help. Chad had answers to my questions at this fingertips as well and assisted me with mortgage and insurance information.
