Kevin Schumacher

Kevin showed us three houses. First house was at the bottom of our price range, second was at the top of our price range, and the third just the right price and size. He got us in to view our dream house, the third one, the day it went on the market. He walked us through the best options for purchasing and negotiations. After our offer was accepted we worked a lot with his assistant Tonya who is amazing as well. Together they made the buying process easy and enjoyable. We already recommended them to my sister. Highly recommend them to anyone who is wanted to buy a house in the area.

Kevin is unbelievable. He is patient, communicative, and flexible. We were tough customers to please, but he delivered in every way, and was a real pleasure to work with all the way from home search to close. His team is awesome too, as we worked extensively with Tonya once we went under contract (twice, actually). We would work with Kevin and his team again in a heartbeat.

Kevin was great. He took the time to really understand our likes and priorities, and narrowed things down so we didn't have to look at that many places. Every place he showed us was spot on! He's been communicative and it's been great especially considering we were buying from another state. I'd definitely recommend Kevin!
