Once I found a home within my price range and desired location, Kevin not only did extensive homework on the histroy the property, he sent several properites in the area that met my same qualifications. Having so many options gave me hope that if this particular home fell through, there's still hope of my finding a place I'd love. Every time I wanted to see a property, it never took longer than the next day to do so, if not the same day. Kevin was not shy about pointing out a properties' flaws, while never over hyping the pluses. I never felt pressured to buy a home. After looking for a couple of months, I told him I was sick of looking and had no problem continuing to rent. Not once to did he push more properites on me.
