Once I found a home within my price range and desired location, Kevin not only did extensive homework on the histroy the property, he sent several properites in the area that met my same qualifications. Having so many options gave me hope that if this particular home fell through, there's still hope of my finding a place I'd love. Every time I wanted to see a property, it never took longer than the next day to do so, if not the same day. Kevin was not shy about pointing out a properties' flaws, while never over hyping the pluses. I never felt pressured to buy a home. After looking for a couple of months, I told him I was sick of looking and had no problem continuing to rent. Not once to did he push more properites on me. When it was time for me to start looking again, we picked up where we left off. Kevin walked me through all paperwork that came my way, and made it super easy to sign on the dotted line. Even after the sale, Kevin has been a tremendous resource. Next time I buy a home, I'm calling Kevin.

We had the pleasure of contacting Kevin by phone for one of his listings while still living out of state. I wanted that shiny vineyard on the hill but my husband had other ideas for retirement so we had to pass on that property!!
