Kevin is the consummate real estate professional, as well as being a courteous and adroit businessman. One of his many strengths is his knowledge of the market in which he deals, so one benefits from his viewpoint of what is a solid and realistic price...whether buying or selling; no wasted time or effort advancing positions that are uninformed or unreal. His resources also include title companies that give swift and able attention to that task, and other real estate assets, such as home inspectors (and tradesmen that are needed to satisfy any inspection requirements). Kevin's work was so impressive for us as buyers that we readily enlisted his help for us as sellers. We knew---which was immediately confirmed---that his marketing team was amazing and expert (took about two weeks from signing the listing papers to having a signed contract in escrow.) The photos of the property he has made, and then posted at all points of inquiry, are masterful marketing moves and, together with his other methods of attractively exposing the asset, are really as it should be (but very seldom is) done. Plus, once the deal is in escrow, Kevin makes certain all the mundane tasks (HOA communication, inspectors reports, etc.) are coordinated and finished---well and timely---in realization that getting a deal into escrow is only half the job. I suspect there are other real estate agents at work in the Valley, but really cannot imagine where one would go to find a real estate professional anywhere nearly as good as Kevin.
