I received a direct mailer from Kevin that said he had a client interested in my condo. I wondered if it was true or a scam. However, I took the time and glad I did to reach out to Kevin and he in fact had a customer looking for my floor plan. He ended up working with both myself (seller) and the buyer to negotiate what I believe we were both very satisfied with. It was crazy but within a few weeks of me opening that mailer I had moved and the new owner was moving in. Kevin already had a vacation planned so he was gone during the final part of the process, but was very easy to reach and very responsive to all of my questions. I would recommend him to everyone!

Kevin cares about his clients. He is tough, but I always knew he was looking out for me. I found his advice to be accurate and based on years of experience. It doesn't hurt that he has a good sense of humor, which is essential because selling a house can be stressful. Kevin quickly responds to texts, calls, and emails, even at night and on weekends. He knows the Desert Ridge market and uses that expertise to price homes appropriately. He is masterful at staging the home to look inviting to potential buyers. I love that I always knew when my house was being shown, and Kevin worked hard to get feedback from the other agents.
