Kevin Owens is best of the best when it comes to realtors in the Phoenix metro. Have worked with many realtors over the years and none have stood out like Kevin. He represented us and our best interests in every aspect of our home. Kevin counseled us on things to do prior and what price to list our home. Was concerned he recommended to come in a little less than the zillow estimate but he believed it would pay off, and it did! We have children and dogs and could not be bothered to do many showings. Through Kevin's marketing strategy he generated a tremendous amount of interest prior to the house being listed.
