Kevin is a friendly, knowledgeable and effective real estate agent. He sold my house above asking price within short time. however, not as much as we had initially hoped for. Nonetheless, I am happy with the deal. I provide this candid review with one caveat. Regardless of what agent one hires, it is critical for the seller to remain personally engaged and on top of every detail to make the transaction successful. Will I hire Kevin again? Yes, I definitely would.
