I contacted Kevin about selling our condo and finding our family a home to grow up in. Kevin came over and explained the selling process thoroughly, while also going over the buying details. In my condo search, the first property we looked at was an incredible unit and deal on the top floor of the building that I had my eye on for awhile. Right after we saw it Kevin put together the offer, contacted the listing agent and we had an acceptance in less than 3 hours!
