I feel like when most people are looking to purchase a home their realtor is just a part of the transaction and have difficulty relating with them. Working with Kevin felt like someone who was on my side and looking out for my best interests. It did not seem like Kevin was pushing me to buy a house just to complete a transaction, but that he was actively trying to make sure that all my needs in a house were met. After completing my purchase I did not have any buyer's remorse because of the effort that Kevin put in during the showing, inspection, and final walkthrough. I will be recommending Kevin to any friends or family that are looking for a relator in the future.

It wasn’t an easy choice to pick who to work with in selling my home, but I chose Kevin because he showed up with a full binder of comps, advantages of my property and surrounding area and target scenarios which could lead me to selling my property for more than I expected. I decided to give it a shot, and my property had multiple offers at my asking price in 3 days.

Reviewed a few agents and agencies and decided to go with Kevin. Needed to sell our home within a month when we weren't really ready but found a home in Georgia that accepted contingency and those were the terms. Kevin got it done but unfortunately the people in Georgia backed out of the deal. We found another one soon after and now live our retirement in Georgia. Kevin did what he promised and is a pretty good guy to work with. But it was only for a month soooo🤪
