Kevin contacted me after my house expired after many months on the market with no luck from my previous (highly recommended) realtor. Unfortunately, her marketing strategy couldn't get the job done due to changing market conditions. I was hesitant to meet with Kevin based on a phone call; however, after speaking with him and reviewing his specific marketing plan for my house, I felt comfortable and decided to hire him the same day my house came off the market. Within less than 2 weeks, we received multiple offers, 1 of them being cash, which I happily accepted and ended up closing a couple of weeks later. This guy really knows his stuff; I will use him in the future and recommend him to my family, friends, and co-workers. He even celebrated over a nice lunch after the closing! Thank you again! -Darline
