My wife and I worked with Kevin and Ivey to purchase our first home in December of 2025. Working with them was a pleasure. They bring to the table: 1. Vast knowledge of the local markets and overall trends happening in the industry. Kevin and Ivey were able to provide information and context which helped us to make a more informed decision on a home. 2. Effective and active Communication between with us, lenders, selling agents, title company, and contractors to help smoothen out a lengthy closing process that included some large repairs. 3. Skilled negotiating, which earned us a couple expensive seller-paid repairs (worth about $30k) with no additional price increase. 4. Availability between the two of them they are always available through phone and almost always available on short notice for showings, etc. and in this market you must move quickly. Overall, I would recommend using Kevin and Ivey to anyone interested in buying a home in Central Florida for the reasons stated above. Additionally the experience would also give me confidence in recommending them as a selling agent, even though we worked with them to purchase a home. Thank you.
