Kevin and Ivey were great! I got a cold call from Kevin that I happed to take. He was aggressive, which I appreciated, and he convinced me to set up a meeting. We liked what we heard. I could tell he was younger and hungry, which I really appreciated. I like that he and his wife are working together. It made communication between them and my wife and I very easy. He convinced us to price our home ultra competitively, which we were nervous about, but ended up being the right move because we were able to offload the property a lot sooner than most are selling within our community.
