Kevan Cohn was born in Plantation, Florida but has lived in the Charlotte area for over 13 years. He has an Associates Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu. After graduation, Kevan began his journey in the restaurant field and managed a few restaurants such as Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar. He worked long hours and had mindset to achieve greatness. Kevan was propositioned to work with a property management company that eventually led to management and supporting new acquisitions. Soon afterward, his expanding expertise led him to an interest in Real Estate. In 2014 he received his North and South Carolina License and joined with Keller Williams Realty. Passionate, determined and detail oriented are a few words to describe his work ethic. He thrives on making others happy and being a valued resource both personally and professionally. In 2017 he created a team of agents called Team Southline which is part of the Keller Williams SouthPark office.
