At 27, Kerron became the youngest and first African American officer in RE/MAX International corporate history. From there, he has gone on to build successful businesses as a Broker/ REALTOR, inspirational speaker and industry expert. With over 16 years the Real Estate Industry, K. Stokes is a go to Real Estate expert and has been featured on the DIY Network show Raise the Roof, Fox , NBC, ABC, Denver Business Journal, 5280 and Forbes Magazine. Married for almost 20 year to his college sweetheart Melissa, family is the greatest passion in Kerron's life. With 3 active and adventurous boys, everyday is a reminder that a house can provide shelter, but the lives and stories inside the walls are the only thing that make the shelter a HOME. In 2009, Melissa and K founded The Big DREAM Project. TBDP has continued to open doors for community engagement, mentoring and empowering leaders to effectively provide solutions in their respective communities.
