My husband and I are first time home buyers and had no idea how the process worked, or in what order things had to be done. Kerri and her team had no problem answering our what seemed like never ending questions quickly. She also didn't make us feel embarrassed for asking what seemed like stupid questions to us, she was very reassuring that we weren't bothering her. If she had a meeting or was unavailable, she would let us know ahead of time via text, email or phone call, or someone on her team would be able to help. With Kerri and her team's help we were able to find a beautiful home in about a 2 week time frame. We weren't in a hurry, just fell in love with one of the first house she showed us. We did look at others to compare, but we knew exactly what we wanted. I love how honest she was when looking at houses, pointing out cracks, uneven floors, and even having knowledge of the type of soil in different cities. Also, suggesting how much to offer first, since we are first time home buyers and didn't want to offer to low or high. Even though we were happy with the first offer, she wanted better for us and did end up getting a better deal for our dream home. We are timid people, and it was very helpful having Keri encourage us in such a caring way. She always wants the best for us and still does. She isn't a realtor that drops you after purchasing a home, she makes sure you are settling in OK, and if not she has a guy for everything, plumber, handyman etc. She makes you feel more like family than a client, I would recommend Keri to anyone looking for a home because you can tell how much she loves her job by her knowledge and how she treats you.
