The consummate professional
Mr. Hoeffner is knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market. He has worked with us on four different real estate transactions. His background as a lawyer and years in real estate is reflected in every transaction. He is responsible, communicative, down to earth, and gets results. On one transaction, he advised us to raise our asking price which we did and sold in a few days getting more than asking.
