First off, Will is a good person - he genuinely cares about you and your goals (both in what the house looks like, feels like, etc & your financial goals). Will will go above and beyond to find you your dream home. Will responds to emails and texts extremely promptly and will even send you suggestions for houses. The house we ended up buying was actually sent to us from Will. He is so flexible to tour homes on a schedule that works for you and your life. Will has amazing connections in terms in realtor world, attorney's, contractors, etc. to make sure you have a good, quality person to service any need you might have. We recommend will 10000000000%. We used Will as our realtor as first time homebuyers. We had limited understanding of the process initially and Will really helped guide us through each step. He was always quick to respond to calls/texts, had great knowledge of Canton and Federal Hill, and was willing to give his professional opinion. We felt he was very well informed about the current market as well as property features, and he helped us put together a competitive offer that ultimately got us our house. We 100% would recommend Will, especially if you are a first time homebuyer.

As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed with the home buying process, but William walked me through every step of the way. He was always available to talk via phone, email or text at any time. I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about Bonnie. She was INCREDIBLY patient with me throughout my whole home search, even when we had looked at the millionth house. She was great with all my dumb questions, and if she didn't know, she made sure to find out for me. She really went above and beyond and made it SO easy for me when I finally found a house. The process from offer to closing was really smooth even with a delay due to a bank issue and I could not have asked for anyone better to help me find/buy my first home. Seriously, thank you Bonnie!
