I had met Kendyl at several of her open houses when i was looking in Glendale before buying -- and she always has cute houses. Then I saw her sales statistics and how could we go wrong with that? Kendyl is a very knowledgeable agent when it comes to buying a house. The one thing though that makes the difference is that she's not over confident(in a good way). When she doesn't know something,she researches it and finds out,she doesn't make up answers that don't match reality. If she doesn't know she will find out before you make any decisions. She puts a lot of effort and hard work to make sure what you're looking for is what you're getting. She doesn't push just to make a sale, if you're not happy she's not happy and she won't quit until you are happy. She keeps it real but with a very professional manner. Ofcourse if something is unrealistic demand she has a nice way to explain it without making you feel let down. Buying a house can become very emotional process and cloud your judgment and she's here to make sure you don't make decisions based on that. We are very happy we had the pleasure to work with her.
