Talk about working with a pro! Everything about our sale was handled with the utmost professionalism. Kendyl and her team are very attentive to all the necessary details. She gave us great direction, which we followed, and sold our house for more than we originally expected and closed on time. Kendyl and her team went above and beyond to help me with selling my mothers house. They helped me negotiate the clearing of the house, getting workers to help do big and small jobs and just watering the plants. They even monitored one of the contractors and totally dealt with them all I did was pay the bill. I now feel like Kendyl and her husband are people I will keep in my life.

Bonus stars for her as were were literally on a different continent while the sale was going on and she arranged everything smoothly like the true professional she is, from listing the house, to arranging all the prep work including staging and dealing with our back house tenant, all the way through to negotiating the final stages of the sale smartly and dealing with any last minute shenanigans with the cool head that she has. She guided us through the whole process and kept us well informed and I fully trusted her knowledge and opinion with her no nonsense attitude and market sense. If we could give her an extra few stars here we would!
