Kendyl Young is a friend. Because I know her so well and trust the level of her integrity, I have referred her to more than 20 people over the last 20 years. As expected, when it came down to handling my Real estate needs, her skills far exceeded any expectations that I could have ever had. Since the sale of my home, and because of my admiration for her work, three or four of my friends and colleagues have already called her to help them with their needs. Extremely happy with everything from beginning to end. Any bumps in the road, and there were a few, or handled it with grace and experience by the DIGGS staff. Both on-site and office staff professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all intelligent.
We started our house hunting back in March. We were working with another agent prior to meeting Kendyll and Soo. We had made an offer to these two houses and were outbid. We didn't understand the reason specially since we had the highest offer on one of the houses. We paused our house hunting as getting outbid is like dealing with a break up. DIGGS knowledge of the area and also of the REA from the same area tremendously helped us close this deal. Like I said, I couldn't be any happier. They gave us the keys to our house, but DIGGS was the KEY in getting us our lovely home!!

I was confused at first with who to talk to about what but of course they send an email stating...this is who you deal with for this, that, etc. Selling your home is stressful enough on it's own let alone all the contracts and negotiations. They made this simple for us, first time sellers, they explained everything we were signing, helped guide us and discussed each step.
