You will enjoy working with Kendra because she is available and professional. She know the area that she markets because she lives there. We have been working with her for the past 7 months looking for a home in the Gulfport area. The first home we fell in love with, Kendra was able to negation a great contract for a lower selling price and keeping the place move in ready (all the furniture, plates and linens) , but luckily we backed out at the last minute due to high tide waters being too close to the property. She supported our decision and said we'd keep looking. This was very supportive. She continued to send us properties that were within our parameters and "wow!" this one looked perfect. It has a block home with a two car garage, 3 bed 2 bath, a small yard that wouldn't require much work, out of the flood plain, and still walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Down side, we were purchasing the home during hurricane Milton, which devastated the region and Kendra home. Amazingly she worked right through everything keeping the closing dates as close to scheduled as possible. After the hurricane she worked hard getting concessions, and repairs done to the property that we were purchasing. Happy to have a Gulfport home, that survived two hurricanes! We would definitely recommend Kendra if you are looking for a home in the region

Wonderful with timely reminders for keeping things on track, and really great negotiating with the seller. She came up with creative ideas that provided solutions when roadblocks came up.
