Ken responded to my request for a realtor within a few minutes after receiving my request by email. He came to out the next day to discuss selling our house. He listened to everything we said or ask and then gave us his opinion. After talking with him for about 30 minutes I decided that he was the one to sell our house. He was very realistic and confident in his recommendations. We signed with him the next day. He had people in mind to contact about our home. We had a lot of immediate interest and accepted an off on the 8th day. All the way through closing he kept us updated and informed. We ended up selling our house for more than we had originally thought we could. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Ken and his employees.
