What market knowledge? My domestic partner and myself sold our house. A neighbor had relatives that wanted the house. We gave the neighbors a walk though and agreed to sell to them provided they could get financing. They did. For the benefit of having a realtor direct the sales actively. The realtor skimmed an unbelievable commission. Bottom line: sometimes its legal but where are your ethics?
