My interactions with Ken were of superior quality. The conversations were crisp, focused, and productive. He does not create ambiguity, uncertainty, or angst. His recommendations and actions have clarity and are grounded in market expertise. His no-nonsense, even handed manner of handling negotiations made me, the client, comfortable (and I think gave the buyer and their team confidence as well). He was always there for me, and I never doubted that. My rating for communications was lower not because the communications were not good, but only because they were infrequent. I reckoned he found that we did not need hand holding, and in truth that was correct.
