Kelly took care of everything! The long term tenants in my St. Cloud rental house moved out in December. I no longer live in the area so it made sense to sell the property. Kelly had sold properties for me in the past so I contacted her to sell this one. She went out to the house, inspected, and came up with a plan. There were repairs that needed to be done to make the property more saleable and she coordinated everything working with me over the phone and using her local contacts. She also arranged for me to be able to do all paperwork and the closing remotely. Kelly was excellent at returning calls and keeping me informed.
