Kelly took care of everything! The long term tenants in my St. Cloud rental house moved out in December. I no longer live in the area so it made sense to sell the property. Kelly was great. We had to leave the state (due to work commitments) prior to selling our home. Kelly took care of everything to get the house ready for sale - contractors, painters, electricians, landscaping and a hundred other items. It was amazing how she prepped the house for sale. The prep was beyond our widest dreams. Photos were outstanding and honestly - it gave us pause - do we really want to sell it? Just kidding, but you get my drift. Oh and this was a historic house so the prep had to be right - no corner cutting. With the solid prep, coffee table book like photos and an excellent showing we were able to get full value for the house. We feel the Kelly and her team will be a life long friends.
