Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located. This continues to be a VERY hard market to buy in, and Kelly went through two purchase attempts with me that fell through, among other visits to properties that didn't work for me. Kelly helped me consider multiple avenues of making offers on the homes that were good fits, emphasizing the pros and cons for me as a buyer for the different approaches. She is VERY good at this, while ultimately leaving the decision up to me. As life would have it, my direction changed and out of the blue, my daughter came to see a farm property that we jokingly said we could buy together. Well, that joke turned into a reality because we both fell in love with the property. This was an antique home/farm property, so there are numerous things to consider compared to buying a more recent (say last fifty years) home. Kelly kept us aware of things to watch out for, while also realizing this was a competitive property. Again multiple offers, and we ended up winning. Not only did Kelly help us through the purchase with constant back and forth communication, but she also stayed in touch after for things either the sellers (who are wonderful) or we had questions about. Last, Kelly is so down to earth and easy to like. Her easy going personality keeps stress levels down and joy of buying (even when frustrated) up. Highly recommend.

Kelly and Leigh were wonderful! I needed to sell my aunt's home in Connecticut after she died but I live in Virginia. Kelly went out of her way to make thr experience as smooth as humanly possible. The house sold quickly to delightful buyers and I can recommend Kelly and her team to anyone!

Kelly was able to explain and help us navigate through the sale of our property. She has excellent communication skills, is extremely organized and was always responsive to our questions. She has a great awareness of local comps, and always explained what steps needed to be taken, and why. She really made this complex process less stressful, and we always felt supported. The time from our first contact with Kelly, to the close of our sale was quicker than we had even hoped for.

We have used Kelly a couple of years ago, and then again in November 2025. She was very helpful in determining the best price in both cases. The suggestions for things to repair or replace, photographs she arranged and how she listed the property were outstanding. Advice on the contract offers that came in were essential to me, in making my decision on which one to accept. Pleasant, efficient and always available. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Text and phone calls kept us up to date of every step of sale . Great understanding of local market place and similar properties sold and for sale. Kelly was also very personable.

Kelly helped me purchase my first house, sell it, and then buy my forever home with my expanding family. She was the easiest person to work with, making the entire process seamless. She was a great communicator and available anytime she was needed. Was very flexible in houses we saw with times and dates working around mine and my husbands work schedule.
