I moved from out of state last year and was looking for a home to buy. How lucky for me to have met Kelly! I was comfortable and thought of her as a friend from the first time we spoke. We found a new construction home. Kelly reviewed the contract and all paperwork. She contacted the builder and visited the site frequently to check on the progress of the house. Kelly set up inspections and attended walk through appointments with the builder. She has an eye for detail and was able to point out several things that I would have missed. I am so impressed how much she knows about home construction. Home buying was stress-free because of Kelly's professionalism, experience and expertise. Kelly is kind and patient.
