We have worked with Kelly on 4 different transactions - 2 residential and 2 commercial and she was on top of things with all of them! Each of the properties came with its own share of challenges, but Kelly took everything in stride. For instance, she had our home listed for sale when the infamous freeze of 2021 came through. We ended up with broken pipes and sheetrock damage but Kelly still brought us a great contract in spite of these issues. She also found us a wonderful new home to purchase when houses were flying off the market faster than you could keep up with them! Our 2 commercial properties were rather unique and required the right buyers with a vision and Kelly worked tirelessly to make sure we could make it happen when that buyer was found. She is very professional and a great communicator so we always knew what was going on in each deal and knew we had someone looking out for our best interests.
