Kelly did s great job. I had to fly back to Texas for back surgery and she took care of everything. The lock on our front door was bad and she put a new lock on it. Really appreciate all the did to sell my place.

Hubby and I flew to Sarasota in 2010 and Kelly helped us find a perfect, furnished place. 3 years later, I asked her to keep on the lookout for a 1 story place. Out of the blue, she called with the perfect villa- and sold our other condo at a nice profit. When we had to sell to move closer to AR, I didn’t consider anyone else- even tho her office is not located in the area. It was on the market 2 days and sold above asking. She marketed our condo very tastefully and professionally and guided us all through closing.
