I used Kelly to help me sell my Sun Lakes home. Her knowledge of the real estate market is excellent. We needed to make some repairs and all of the vendors she recommended were reasonably priced, and their work was superb. I would highly recommend Kelly, she is a true professional. She priced the house to sell and it did so in a short amount of time. We had constant communication throughout the sale from listing to closing. We are very pleased with Kelly and will use her for future real estate transactions.
