We have used Kelly for several transactions. She is very knowledgeable about market trends, pricing strategies, and essential paperwork. She replies right away to our questions and always has the answers.
We were researching places, prices, crime rates and all other factors for our 1st house purchase by ourselves but after meeting with Kelly and listening to her feedback, we went wholly with her suggestions. She has great insight into the market and SFO area. She had anecdots and experience that helped us make our decisions. We are delighted with our 1st house and very thankful to Kelly for all her help and being a part of our family.
Kelly helped out our family about 4 years ago and ever since then she never left my mind. So when we were really ready and prepared for purchasing a home I knew I wanted Kelly back. She was easy to get ahold of, always available through text and so accommodating, above and beyond. Kelly is trustworthy, smart, quick and knows the business. I wish nothing but the best for Kelly and I know anyone who chooses Kelly as their Realator will be very happy. Thank you Kelly!
