We had renters in two houses on one property. The appraisal came in after the offer, so we had some repairs to contend with while the renters were still living in the premises. Kelly was very helpful in knowing the right people to get these projects done. Buyers kept countering less money after we had agreed on an amount, and this was frustrating, but we closed in 30 days from start to finish so we were happy.
