We worked with Kelly as buyers and had a horrible experience. There were multiple red flags throughout the process: Pushy recommendations: We told her upfront that we weren't interested in fixer-uppers or homes with low-quality materials, but she continued pushing properties that didn’t align with our preferences. It felt like closing a sale was more important than meeting our needs. Lack of follow-up: There was a house we were very excited about. Kelly initially said a tour would be possible, but we never received a confirmation or follow-up. We made the mistake of assuming it was scheduled, drove out to see it, and missed the opportunity — it sold the next day. That lack of communication was a huge letdown. Misleading impressions about our purchase: In the home we ended up buying, we were under the impression that the floors were hardwood — either through how the home was presented or what we understood during the process. They turned out to be low-quality “luxury” vinyl plank. We made a fast offer based on that impression and waived inspection to stay competitive. If we had known the floors weren’t real hardwood, we never would have bought the house. Kelly's approach turned what should have been an exciting milestone into an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. We now feel stuck with an overpriced house we wouldn't have chosen had we been fully informed. It’s the worst real estate decision we’ve ever made.
