Kellie was very diligent in helping us locate a new home. She was very knowledgeable about the Southshore area. She remained compliant with our budget and housing desires. Communication was excellent as she always promptly answered our calls. The “As Is” contract was the only unsatisfactory factor in our relationship. The buyer signed such contract and the “As Is” component was not honored as we had to give the buyer funds out of our proceeds in order to finalize the deal. I feel there should’ve been more aggression on her part to enforce the “As Is” contract. Overall, she is a great Realtor and we would use her again.

Kellie is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. If she does not happen to know the answer to a question, she has the answer for you extremely rapidly. She is not afraid to stand up for her clients and fight for what they want either. She listens and works towards fonding you what you want and doesn't waste your time looking at things that don't fit what you need. We have used Kellie for two purchases and a sale and she has always gone above and beyond. She is extremely helpful and kind and is a pleasure to work with.
