You can't go wrong if you choose Kelley Blackburn to be your realtor. She did a fantastic job! She's a no-nonsense kind of a woman who gets the job done. Kelley is a true professional with expertise in negotiating. We have used her twice and would choose her again.
Kelley was patient, listened beyond what we verbalized and jumped when a property became available. She made sure that the steps in securing all that was needed in the closing were handled ASAP. We had faith that Kelley would find what we needed and she did!!!!
Completely enjoyed the smooth process of having Kelley Blackburn sell our home, quickly and efficiently. The initial meeting where she helped us level set the price reasonably was a wonderful guideline of what to expect. She ensured our home was represented beautifully in the photos. Kelley kept us abreast on the number of visits and buyers feedback. All the way through closing. Overall a brilliant process and experience.
Kelley helped us sell my parent's home. As my parents are in their 80's and need a little help, we wanted there to be as little stress as possible for them through this process. She was asked to communicate with multiple family members before checking with them. As adult children we were trying to help with any issue we could before worrying them. Kelley accommodated our every wish. She lined up a house cleaner so it would sparkle before placing it on the market, she had a painter touch up a couple areas to enhance its appearance, she had a handy man and carpet cleaner involved to optimize it all! She had so many good folks help us out! We so appreciated all her involvement as we all live out of town. We got a contract quickly, she negotiated the difficult issues easily, and we felt so very accommodated throughout! She is a great asset if you wish to buy or sell, she has had great experience in her short years and you will be very well taken care of! I cannot say enough good things! Thank you Kelly! You were great!
As a first-time homeowner, the process of buying a house seemed very intimidating. After working with several agents who only seemed interested in closing a sale, I was more than a little distraught. However, once I met with Kelley, I began to feel much more at ease. Through her actions, it was clear that she had a personal goal of helping us find our dream home. She remained extremely vigilant, contacting me almost daily with any new listings she found. She did thorough research on every listing we viewed and helped to reveal any potential resale/maintenance issues that would have gone unobserved by myself. Once we found "the one", she made the transaction easier than I could have imagined. I had constant questions while settling on a mortgage provider, insurance company, etc. and she answered them all with obviously well-founded knowledge. Overall, I couldn't recommend her highly enough, particularly if you are purchasing your first home and need someone experienced in the field of real estate. Kelley obviously takes personal pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.
Kelley helped us buy our home in Lakeland, FL in 2007 when we returned to the USA after a long overseas assignment. She was a very professional and helpful. When we returned to our work overseas in 2010, Kelley and her company took care of managing our property as we leased it to several tenants, she was an excellent property manager. In 2016 we decided to sell our home in Lakeland and Kelley was our seller - we listed the house and had an offer within several days. We have recently closed on the house and are very grateful to Kelley for her assistance in walking us through this process. Kelley brings a personal and caring approach to her clients and we are happy to recommend her as a great realtor in central Florida.
Kelley's trait is that she's experienced and a real professional. When we started looking for a home, We called her and she basically took control of the wheel and answered all our calls and our questions. She's also the nicest person ever, she wasn't nice because she was trying to make money, it was ginuwine. I felt confident with Mrs Kelley the whole way. Work with her NOW! I asked allot of questions, and not once did she say 'I'm not sure, let me find our'. She knew EVERYTHING, she was amazing. FIVE STAR SERVICE.
Kelley and her daughter Taylor are both fantastic at what they do. Kelley guided me through the whole process with ease and being a first time homebuyer this was very important. She took me under her wing, gave the advice I needed and had my best interest in mind. Do not hesitate to hire her or her daughter Taylor who was in training with Kelley at the time.
I loved working with Kelley. She was a pleasure to be around. She was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. She was easy to contact and quick to respond. She took her time to work with me and even had a wonderful surprise for me at the end of my closing! I am so appreciative of her more than she'll ever know! Thank You Kelley for all you did!!! :)
This was the first time selling a home for me. Kelley was there every step of the way to help me with the process. The photos of my home were beautiful. We had serveral hundred views of my home within the month. We had a few bumps along the way from the buyers side. But Kelley stepped up beyond what was required of her and had everything flowing smoothly. I would highly recommend Kelley to anyone looking for the perfect realtor who is professional and knowledgeable.
This was our first home purchase and Kelley was incredibly helpful during the process. We felt comfortable with her from the very first phone call. She was very good about checking the status of homes that we found on our own on Zillow. She also helped coordinate the closing with our lender. I would definitely recommend Kelley if your buying a home.
Having sold a few of our personal homes over the years we are far from pro's. Some of the experiences were positive and some not so much. Kelly guided us through the sale of our home as only a true professional would do. Giving us advice at every step of the way and always truely listening to our opinions. We enjoyed working with Kelly so much we asked her to help us buy our next home!
