Right from the get-go, Kelly comes across as someone who has a lot of experience dealing with all aspects of buying and selling a home. For us, that meant she understood how to listen to what we were looking for and get us matching recommendations from the MLS. We had very particular needs regarding both the home and the location (we needed a large shop in South Lakeland). Even with those stipulations, Kelly kept coming up with great properties. Once we identified some homes, she was very flexible in scheduling visits to see the homes. She also was very blunt about several properties that had issues we would find difficult to overcome (location, required maintenance, etc.) When making an offer for what is now our home, Kelly managed the process well. Contract negotiations, appraisal, inspection, and everything was handled professionally, and she answered all of our questions. She did so well, in fact, that the seller told us that our Realtor (Kelly) was far more communicative and helpful than his! We would highly recommend Kelly to anyone in the area who wants to work with someone who not only loves their job but also is very good at it.
