While I may be biased, being that Keith is my father, I could not be more satisfied with his work ethic and attention to detail on my behalf. After hearing horror stories about other agents friends and family have gone through, Keith was a breath of fresh air, he was attentive and easily reachable through everything and had every answer to every question I had. Being that we are first time home buyers this was a scary experience, but Keith made everything easy to understand. I cannot recommend this man enough to represent any seller or buyer in real estate, with over 40 years of experience in this field there is nobody better than Keith.

Keith represented us during the purchase and sale of our homes. He lead us step by step through the whole process, very thoroughly explaining all the provisions of the purchase and sales agreements. He made a very complicated process flow seamlessly. We were always kept informed of what was done and what was next in the process. While other houses in our neighborhood were usually on the market for weeks, if not months, his experience and marketing techniques contributed to the quick sale of our home, in a matter of days. But, what was really impressive was his help in all the other aspects of buying and selling a house; inspections, locating an attorney and title company for legal documents and finding a good moving company. He also helped us with the sale of some household items to the buyers. We would highly recommend Keith to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Keith has brought his experience and professionalism to assist us in every step of the way to help us find the type of new home we were looking for at price we needed to be at and is working tirelessly to see that our current home sells, also at a price we are looking for. He has been a great asset.
