About Keith Keith is originally from the Midwest and grew up on the North Shore of Chicago. He launched his real estate career in Central Florida in 1984, working for new home builders in both sales and sales management where he was named Sales Manager of the Year twice by the Home Builder’s Association of Mid-Florida. He was then selected by The Walt Disney Company to head the sales team for Celebration, Disney’s master-planned community, as the Broker of Record for Celebration Realty. Eventually transitioning into general real estate, Keith opened his own brokerage, FrontGate Realty. Moving to Sarasota in 2011, Keith and Wayne have continued to serve buyers and sellers with mutual trust, kindness, and respect. He has a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University. About Wayne Wayne has been navigating the Sarasota market since 2011. Prior to that, he worked with FrontGate Realty in Celebration, Florida. His strong foundation in sales was fortified after spending 27 years as a Surgical Sales Representative for the Urology Division of C. R. Bard in Central Florida. Wayne was recognized as National Salesman of the Year twice and member of the President’s Club. Wayne has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree from the University of Florida where he also played varsity baseball as pitcher for the Florida Gators. He was nominated for MVP in 1970 and was just honored at a recent celebration as one of the top 100 players to ever play at UF. Keith and Wayne have been together for over forty-eight years and were legally married in 2016. Both stay very active in the community, involved with Equality Florida and the Harvey Milk Festival. In their spare time, they enjoy reading, physical fitness, and spending time with Grayson and Dakota, their two Siberian Huskies
