The above says it all refers to the survey answers I provided. In summary Wayne and Keith made the transaction really simple. They handled all the contacts to the buyer, the government agencies, the title company, the HOA, etc. Their knowledge of all aspects of real estate rules and regulations was amazing. They treated us more like friends than clients while still keeping me posted and protected from my own ignorance. I have used them before and would do so in the future. If you’re looking for a broker who is knowledgeable and friendly definitely call them first and only.
